SugarCRM 5.0 beta 1 available

After the announcement at the beginning of this week, the first beta release of SugarCRM 5.0 is now finally available for download. A demo is available. The 5.0 Community Edition is the first realease of SugarCRM under the GPL v3. There's no clear information about which new features like Module Builder, Ajax Email Client, advanced access control advertised for the 5.0 release will be reserved for the commercial offer. If the Release Notes are to be believed, these should be available in the Community Edition.
